Camp Lejeune Water Contamination Lawsuit

Welcome American Legion members!
We are here to serve you.

The Camp Lejeune Justice Act potentially offers historic benefits to Veterans and their families.  These benefits need to be carefully evaluated by a firm that understands VA disability benefits, however.

Bergmann & Moore understands those benefits.  Over the past 20 years we’ve successfully represented thousands of Veterans pursuing VA disability benefits and we currently represent more Veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims than any other law firm in the country

We have formed a co-counsel relationship with a major plaintiff’s law firm to assist Veterans and their families with representation for benefits under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act.  Our goal is to make sure Veterans and their family members do not settle for less than they deserve and that they have accurate information about the effect a settlement under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act could have on their VA disability benefits (and any other federal benefits).

If you or members of your family served or lived at Camp Lejeune from August 1, 1953, to December 31, 1987, please fill out the information on this page.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.  Filling out this form just allows us, and our law firm partners to contact you to discuss this further – it does not put any benefit you’re receiving at risk.

If you are a friend or family member of a member of The American Legion and you would like the same representation opportunity offered to American Legion members, please call us at the number above (1-800-898-9450) or click this link:  camplejeunelitigationteam.com. As an American Legion member, please feel free to share this phone number and link with those close to you.
